Attorneys at Law Partnership ”CĂTĂNICIU ȘI ASOCIAȚII” ( SCA “C&A” ) was incorporated in 2004 by the merger of the individual law firms of the attorneys at law Radu Cătăniciu and Edith Cristina Cătăniciu.

Having a rich experience in the commercial law (business law) and the civil law, the two lawyers joined their forces and created a law firm which has known a continuous development on the legal service market and has become the local leader.

Although SCA “C&A” has its head office in the town Pitesti, county Arges, its activity is not limited on a local area. It has a national coverage, wherever the clients need our services.

SCA “C&A” has been representing a gate for the foreign investments in the county Arges and in Romania. So far, SCA “C&A” has contributed

to the implementation and the development of many foreign and Romanian investments for industrial projects in our area, in various fields.

SCA “C&A” has a strong team made of experienced lawyers, specialized employed staff and it has partners in the accounting and fiscal domains.

Two lawyers in our firm are insolvency practitioners at the professional firm CD RECOVERY.
